Who is a Team Member

OK, so some teams want to add EVERYBODY to the team. What's our basis for saying, "well, no you're not part of the core team!" ?

Here are some of the "titles" we have had on team so far:

• App Services Tech Lead
• App Services Developer
• Data Services Tech Lead
• Data Services Developer
• QS Test Lead
• QS Tester (several different systems)
• BSA (Business Systems Analyst)

Extended Stay Visitors to the Team

• Not a pig (made no real commitment
• In and Out (don't stay long enough)
• Need to keep core team around 7
